One of the fastest, easiest and simplest things in life should be being able to schedule a doctor's appointment, without having to wading through unnecessary hurdles. (I'm sure you've come across the younger generation being anxious to do this very task)

This one app - used by many - is a perfect example of one. Not that its not functional, but as time goes on and as the UX audit becomes more and more concrete, there'll be more evidence to point out how much improvent this app can go with.
